Terms of Service

These Terms govern your access to and use of Fluxline. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms.

Accounts

You are responsible for safeguarding your API tokens and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.

Acceptable use

You may not use Fluxline to transmit unlawful content, to infringe others' rights, to send unsolicited bulk messages, or to attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer the service. We may suspend accounts that threaten platform integrity.

Plans & billing

Paid plans are billed monthly in advance; usage above plan limits is billed in arrears. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

Availability

We target the uptime stated in your plan. Scheduled maintenance is announced in advance where practical. Service is provided "as is" except as expressly warranted in an enterprise agreement.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fluxline is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and total liability is limited to the fees paid in the preceding twelve months.

Changes

We may update these Terms; material changes will be announced by email or in-app at least 30 days before taking effect.
