Last updated: 4 January 2026
Fluxline, Inc. ("Fluxline", "we") provides real-time event streaming infrastructure. This policy explains what we collect and why. We collect the minimum data needed to operate the service.
Information we collect
Account data (name, email, organization) that you provide at sign-up; billing data processed by our payment provider; and operational metadata (API request logs, IP addresses, and usage counts) needed to run and secure the platform.
Event content
Events you publish are processed and stored only to deliver them to your consumers and to support replay for your configured retention window. We do not inspect, sell, or use event bodies for any other purpose.
How we use data
To provide and improve the service, prevent abuse, comply with legal obligations, and communicate with you about your account. We do not sell personal data.
Retention
Event data is retained for the window you configure (up to 30 days) and then permanently deleted. Account records are kept for the life of your account and as required by law.
Your rights
Under GDPR and similar laws you may access, correct, export, or delete your personal data. Contact privacy@fluxline.io and we will respond within 30 days.
